Lario Oil & Gas Company is a privately owned independent oil and gas company with interests and operations in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico, the Greater Green River Basin of Colorado and Wyoming, the Williston Basin of Montana and North Dakota, the Denver Julesburg Basin, the Mid Continent Region (Oklahoma and Kansas), the Arkoma Basin (Eastern Oklahoma), South Texas, and the Sacramento Basin of California. Lario typically focuses on organic growth opportunities with low finding costs, creating and then exploiting an inventory of lower-risk development/resource opportunities. Key to success is the use of the latest horizontal drilling and fracing techniques and 3D seismic where appropriate. A large portion of the Company’s drilling inventory consists of unconventional resource plays targeting both oil and gas. Investment focus is rate of return oriented, and resources are allocated to exploration or acquisition as conditions warrant. Most recently, the horizontal Bakken/Three Forks resource play of North Dakota and the vertical drilling in Western Kansas and the Niobrara horizontal resource play of Colorado have become Lario’s primary focus for investment. With ~194,500 acres in the Williston Basin, Lario has years of drilling inventory targeting the Bakken/Three Forks. Lario also has a significant drilling inventory and long-term producing assets in Kansas, West Texas and the Green River Basin that complement our shorter lived but extremely high ROR assets in the Sacramento Basin. We will continue the long-term strategy of funding exploration with cash flow while pursuing lower risk acquisitions with where appropriate.
